Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any plants or perishable items.

Perishables. Undamaged plants & plant material can be exchanged with a receipt within 3 days of purchase.

Non-Perishables. All other merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. For shipped purchases, buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.

Partial refunds will not be given for items purchased prior to sale dates.

Perishables. Plants can be held for 24 hours at no charge. If not picked-up within 24 hours, plants will be returned to sales floor. Purchased plant materials can be held for 48 hours. If not picked-up within 48 hours, customers will be contacted to discuss a refund so that items can be returned to the sales floor.

Non-Perishables. All other merchandise can be held for 7 days.

Deliveries. Bulk mulch and bulk compost are available for delivery. Delivery Minimum: 3 yds. Delivery Fees: within 10 mi. - $50, within 20 mi. - $75

In the shop, we accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks.

On our site, we accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Tax-Exempt purchases require a valid NP-1 Form at time of purchase. Per Indiana law, ST-105 forms can no longer be accepted.
